Reverse Speech Analysis Of Sarah Palin – Restoring Honor Event August 28, 2010.

Audio is from the Restoring Honor event on August 28, 2010 on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. It was slated as a non-political event that paid tribute to America’s service personnel and other upstanding citizens who embody our nation’s founding principles of integrity, truth and honor.

[It is so humbling to get to be with you here today], Patriots. You, who are motivated, and engaged, and concerned. Knowing to never retreat. Had this speech that were he’d mistake the spill. My heart’s in it. (There were to be no political speeches made at the event. It would appear she would have rather been talking about how she feels President Obama had handled the Gulf oil spill.)

Now, I’ve been asked to speak today not as a politician. [No something] more. Something much more. I’ve been asked to speak as the mother of a soldier. And I am proud of that distinction. I need my son.

You know, say what you want to say about me, but I [raised a combat vet. And you can’t take that away from me]. Hear my fear what I disliking, he die. I mark a tear. (“I mark a tear” would seem to be a metaphor. MARK: see Beast; to be harmed; damage on psyche; a dysfunctional metaphor, also spiritual damage. BEAST: deeply repressed hurts or emotions; unresolved issues; destructive, fearsome energies*.  And “TEAR” used here may indicate grief, or sorrow. It would seem Sarah Palin is fearful to her core, and deeply saddened by the thought that her son may die while in the military. Here’s to hoping her fear is unfounded.)
