Hassani Campbell from Fremont, CA went missing on August 10, 2009 in Oakland, California. Hasanni, who suffers from cerebral palsy, was reported missing from the parking lot a shoe store by his stepfather, Louis Ross. His foster mother, Jennifer Campbell, works at the store.
On August 28, 2009 Oakland police arrested Louis Ross and Jennifer Campbell, and said they were treating the case as a homicide, instead of a missing person case. But the Alameda County District Attorney’s Office announced several days later that it wouldn’t file charges against Louis Ross and Jennifer Campbell, because of insufficient evidence and they were released.
It is reported that Louis Ross failed a lie detector test.
What Does Reverse Speech Analysis Reveal?
Although it is only one interview, the reverse speech of Louis Ross appears to be indicating that he is being truthful. None of reversals indicate that he has anything to do with the disappearance of Hasanni.
One reversal could be a key clue if he has not been consciously aware of it, and already reported it to police. The reversal indicates he believes the abductor may have been a male that was watching him from a street corner.

Louis Ross: The search was about 5 hours. After 4 ’til 9, or whenever they called it off. We were with the police. And then after that we went back to the station for 12 hours. [So it wasn’t a situation where we were av]oiding media. We want sheriff to seize our loss.
Our son wears Orthotics. Which are more or less, think of a Dr. Scholl’s foot pad that you insert in your shoe. But think of one that'[s hard plastic that wraps around the] instep of your foot. That is what he wears. The mind will spiral at this sad loss.
And they’re there to shape his because he has severely flat feet. [Does he need them to walk? No]. I’m only one that being decent.
Reporter: 17 hours the first day 12 hours the yesterday?
Louis Ross: On Monday it was a total of 17 hours. During the 5 hours that they were doing the initial search in Rockridge. Then after that we went to the Oakland police station, and we were there for 12 hours. Then there was a [stint, that we were with the F.B.I]. I fight the one who wanted this.
Reporter: At any point did you say “Hey, look we got to be out there looking for our son”?
Louis Ross: …They did allow me to do that initially, but then at certain point they said we need you to stay here. [And it is very frustrating that you’re standing, wha]t was more frustrating was sitting in the police station for 12 hours. A message that you shall fear them.
When a lot of the focus was initially on us. How could this happen? Kidnappings. [I’m not going to name names, but I was told black kids don’t get kidnapped]. I think it was the guy who was watching. Man be on the corner. (Did he subconsciously see the person that kidnapped Hassini?)
The[se things don’t happen in Rockridge. It’s a safe neighborhood]. Who made this decision? I want to battle this.
(He has been asked by the report if he has taken a polygraph test. He previously states he is not sure if he should tell the reporter because he doesn’t know what he was allowed to say about it.) …I don’t want to be the cause creating problems in the investigation. But I will say this. We’re cooperating 100%. [So you can take that]… I been abused.
