If this were true, I could see how there may have been conflict within himself.

He and his friends from the music group, The Daylights, made the song and video in secret. Walter May wanted to see if through social media she would get his message of love for her.

The song and video are intended for Walter May’s girlfriend from him. Although Walter May helped write the lyrics, the person singing the vocals of the song is not Walter May. The interesting thing to me is what is in the reversals. It appears the vocalist has a love interest for her too. It would seem, based upon the reversals, the title can have a double meaning.
