Meredith Emerson was kidnapped by Gary Hilton while she was taking a hike on New Year’s Day 2008 in the north Georgia mountains with her dog.
Using her wits and training as a martial artist, Meredith Emerson struggled against Gary Hilton, who was looking for easy prey. He stated that she got a knife away from him as well as a baton. In his confession he coldly described to investigators how he had kidnapped her, beat and eventually killed her.

He was found guilty of the murders themselves through the joint-responsibility rule, which makes each member of a conspiracy guilty of crimes his fellow conspirators commit in furtherance of the conspiracy’s object.
Leave a CommentTwo year old Shaiunna Hare of Oxford, Florida died on June 30, 2009 after being strangled by a pet Burmese python that escaped from its aquarium, and attacked her in her crib. Jaren Ashley Hare, and her daughter, shared the home with boyfriend, Charles Darnell. The snake was owned by Mr. Darnell. The 911 caller is not identified on the call, but is later determined to be Mr. Darnell.
Charles Darnell intentionally let the snake out of it’s enclosure.

The suspect kills by gunshot or strangulation, in some cases both, usually after some kind of sexual contact, in all there have been 12 victims. Ten victims were women, all were black. One victim was a black male, who was either a friend of one of the victims or learned the identity of the killer. The bodies were all found outside, usually in dirty alleyways a few miles south of downtown. One other was a black woman who survived.

Haleigh Cummings 5 years old from Satsuma, Florida disappeared from her home in the middle of the night. Seventeen year old Misty Croslin discovered that Haleigh was not in her bed around 3 a.m. on Feb. 10, 2009. Haleigh’s father, Ronald Cummings, who married Misty Croslin on March 12, 2009, was at work at the time. When he arrived home, Misty met him at the front door, and told him that she had just woken up to find the back door open and Haleigh missing from her bed. The home had no signs of forced entry, but a rear door may have been left unlocked. The door was standing open several inches, and the screen door was propped open with a cinder block. Misty last saw Haleigh when she went to bed in the same room at about 10 p.m.
I have more than 100 examples of reverse speech from about a dozen people surrounding this case, which includes law enforcement officials.
The speech reversals from Misty Croslin-Cummings, and Ronald Cummings, indicate that they are being truthful in not having anything personally to do with her disappearance. As well as not knowing who abducted Haleigh Cummings.
In an interview, Misty talks of Joe Overstreet, her cousin, molesting her and a 5 year old cousin. A reversal from her confirms he did this. That makes him a pedophile. She also has a reversal that calls him an “evil fucker”.
Leave a CommentKellisue M. Arckenecht was last seen September 30th, 2008 leaving her job as a shift supervisor at an Amsterdam Rite Aid around 9:45 p.m. She was driving a 10-year-old Saturn sedan. Three hours later, police found the car engulfed in flames a few blocks from her Johnstown home (a 30 second drive), with no sign of Kellisue. The car was parked in an area neighbors call Frog Hollow, near the Rail Trail. Police said this street wasn’t the usual way Kellisue drove home. The car was completely destroyed by the fire.
Caylee Anthony from Orlando, Florida has been missing since June 9, 2008.
Her mother Casey Anthony is a person of interest in her daughter’s disappearance, but has been charged only with child neglect, false statements to police and obstructing an investigation. Bond was set at $500,000.
When Casey and her family first reported Caylee missing on July 15, 2008 she told police her daughter already had been gone for a month. She also claimed that Caylee had been taken by a baby sitter, who also vanished. Since that time, police have expressed doubt in many of the details of Casey Anthony’s story.
They also have testified that they found hair samples, and detected an odor of human decomposition in the trunk of a car Casey Anthony had been driving.
Casey Anthony’s speech reversals seem to be revealing more clues as to what happened to her daughter than is being released to the public from law enforcement. There are currently nearly four dozen examples of Casey’s reverse speech presented here.

While vacationing with her parents in a resort in Praia da Luz, Portugal, it was claimed by her parents, Kate and Gerry McCann, she disappeared from their room as they dined at a nearby restaurant within the complex. Her parents notified police she had been abducted. The question remains, was it an abduction, or cover-up to something else?
On September 7, 2007 Kate McCann is given “arguido” status by the Portugal police. This is known as someone who has become a formal suspect in Portugal. On September 8, 2007 Gerry McCann is given “arguido” status, or formal suspect. The Portuguese authorities made them arguidos with the belief that they had something to do with their daughter’s disappearance. They have maintained their innocence.
July 21, 2008 ” … the investigation into the disappearance of the minor Madeleine McCann has been halted because no evidence was discovered of any crime committed by the suspects,” the Attorney-General Fernando Pinto Monteiro’s office said in a statement. It added the investigation could be reopened “if new evidence emerges from any serious, pertinent and authoritative” source.
The original post date for the reverse speech examples found was August 2, 2008. Less than a month after the official investigation ended. There have been several posts added over a nine year period. The audio files researched have spanned over 10 years.
Leave a CommentJames Halstead was accused of putting a date rape drug in Olympic gold medal skater Oksana Grishuk’s drink at a business meeting. During the meeting, the skater said she saw a pill at the bottom of her wineglass and began to feel sick.
James Halstead was charged with a felony count of administering a drug, but on June 9, 2008 the case was dismissed.
“And as we do in every case, the Orange County District Attorney continues to investigate even after filing of the charges. In this case, we conducted an independent investigation, reviewed material turned over by the defense, and re-interviewed the accuser. After considering the totality of the facts, we determined that we could not prove this case beyond a reasonable doubt and dismissed the case at the first opportunity.”

It would appear that James Halstead’s speech reversals are congruent with his story.

Tina Watson of Birmingham,Alabama was married to her husband Gabriel Watson on October 11, 2003. She died on October 22, 2003 while on a scuba dive with her husband near a shipwreck at Australia’s Great Barrier Reef.
Tina was an inexperienced diver. Gabe Watson was a certified rescue diver. He told police multiple versions of what occurred.
In one of his versions he said he made a decision to race to the surface to get help as she sank to the bottom. His dive meter indicated it took him 3 minutes to surface.
While rescuers tried to save her, Gabe Watson waited on another dive boat approximately 100 yards away.
Initially ruled an accident, the death was ruled a homicide June 20, 2008 and her husband charged with the crime.
There is not enough audio from this one police interview to indicate his involvement with certainty in his wife’s death. One reversal of note, as he is talking about chasing his panic stricken wife while she kicks towards the bottom for help, his reversal is about being under suspicion.
